The core business of FIMA is real estate development involving every phase of the process, from the acquisition of raw land, to the design, construction, and ultimate marketing and sale of commercial property and luxury residential properties in the resort areas and Gulf Coast of Mexico and the Caribbean. In order to consolidate its operations, FIMA recently acquired 49% of Garcia y Garcia Concreto y Diseño Arquitectónico, a longtime partner of FIMA.
The design and construction specialists of Garcia y Garcia have experience in developing a number of properties, ranging from sizable commercial properties and resort condominium complexes to single-family luxury homes. With the recent consolidation, FIMA and Garcia y Garcia expect to become more efficient, and to form an even more effective partnership.
